Christ’s Debutantes Support Local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital
Christ’s Debutantes is an organization at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas. Their mission is to embrace and imitate the attributes of Christ and, in doing so, become role models for peers, their community, and the world. One of their goals is to be involved in community service throughout the year.
As a service project, the young ladies of Christ’s Debutantes collected and donated over 1,500 baby wipes to their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth. The baby wipes will be distributed between the NICU, Pediatric Center, and Emergency Department. St. Elizabeth often gets mothers who didn’t plan to spend their evening in the Emergency Department and are in need of a few extra supplies. Being able to provide a pack of baby wipes helps St. Elizabeth care for patients and families on a deeper level and meet more than just their medical needs.
