HWC Funds Vital NICU Equipment

This October, the Wilton P. Hebert Health & Wellness Center (HWC) encouraged members to get fit and help kids! The HWC offered a membership special and donated $50 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for every new member who joined. They also pledged to make a donation for each member who checked-in throughout the month.

“We’ve tallied our new membership counts and total check-ins for October and we are so happy to announce that we’re donating $16,280 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in Southeast Texas,” Christus HWC posts on Facebook.

The money raised will be used to purchase an in-house neonatal transporter for CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth’s NICU. The new transporter will help our tiniest patients travel within the hospital safely and securely.
