Neches River Festival Royalty Encourages Children’s Literacy

We are delighted to receive a new Children’s Book Nook for our Main Lobby at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas St. Elizabeth!

Our CEO, Paul Trevino, welcomed the Neches River Festival’s King Joe Broussard, Queen Rebecca Wied, Social Chairman Tonya Toups, President Chris Miller and other NRF leaders and royalty, who installed the two child-sized thrones and children’s books as part of their community service project this year. The project to encourage children’s literacy was organized by NRF’s Service Chairmen Melanie Hall and Lisa Bond.
